Get involved

Show Up. Change Everything.

You don't need a degree in animal care. You just need to care. Volunteers are the heartbeat of CC Animal Rescue — and right now, we need more of you.

How you can help

Find Your Role

Foster a Pet

Open your home to an animal who has never known safety. We cover every cost — food, supplies, vet care — all of it. You just provide the love and the space. It changes their life and yours.

Volunteer at Events

Adoption fairs, fundraisers, community outreach — we run on people power. Show up, smile, and help animals find their people. No experience needed, just enthusiasm.

Transport Rescues

Got a car and a few free hours? Drive animals to vet appointments, foster homes, or adoption events. It sounds small. For the animal in your backseat, it's everything.

Photography & Social

A great photo can be the difference between an animal getting adopted or waiting another month. If you can capture personality on camera or tell stories online, you can save lives.

Admin & Coordination

Behind every rescue is a mountain of scheduling, emails, and coordination. If you're organized and want to help from home, we have a role for you.

Skilled Volunteers

Vet? Trainer? Groomer? Web developer? Graphic designer? If you have a skill, we can put it to work. Tell us what you do — we'll find the perfect fit.

Foster program

Open Your Home, Save a Life

Fostering is the heartbeat of our rescue. Without foster families, we simply can't save as many animals. You provide the space and the love — we handle all the costs.

  • All food, supplies & vet care covered by us
  • Full support from our foster coordinator
  • Flexible commitment — short-term or long-term
  • First right of adoption if you fall in love
