Our story
We Couldn't Look Away. So We Acted.
CC Animal Rescue was born from a refusal to accept that animals in need had no one fighting for them. That refusal hasn't stopped — and it never will.
Our mission
Rescue Is Not a Hobby. It's a Calling.
CC Animal Rescue was founded by Victoria Evans after witnessing firsthand how many animals were falling through the cracks — overlooked in overcrowded shelters, surrendered by families in crisis, or simply running out of time. She decided that if no one else was going to act, she would.
What started as one person's commitment has grown into a community of passionate volunteers, dedicated foster families, and generous donors who believe that every animal's life has value. We are 100% volunteer-run, foster-based, and funded entirely by people who care.
We don't just rescue animals — we transform them. Every dog and cat in our care receives full veterinary treatment, a loving foster home, and the time they need to heal. Then we find them not just any home, but the right home. Because a rescue isn't complete until the animal is truly safe, loved, and home for good.
